The written estimate will provide estimated completion times and is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or project complexity. Any delays will be promptly communicated to the customer.

5. Materials

We use high-quality materials as specified in the project estimate. Customers may request specific materials at an additional cost, subject to availability and approval. Please note that wood is a natural material, and variations in color, grain, and texture may occur, which are not considered defects.

6. Warranties and Liability

At WatChuDoin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive your furniture and need more satisfaction with the quality, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please remember that natural wood characteristics are a matter of personal preference. Repairs or refunds are at WatChuDoin's sole discretion. This limited warranty covers material and craftsmanship defects, not normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

7. Customer Content

If customers provide designs, plans, or specifications, they warrant that they have the right to use such materials. Our Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in customer-provided materials.

8. Intellectual Property
